What's your minimum order?
No minimum order required. We sell single boxes to truckloads. Same pricing regardless of quantity, though volume discounts are available for larger orders.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Orders placed by 2 PM are delivered the same day to most Texas metro areas. We serve 500+ cities across Texas with reliable delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to 500+ cities across Texas including Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, and all surrounding communities.
Do you deliver to job sites or homes?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Texas - warehouses, offices, job sites, or residential addresses. Specify your delivery location when ordering.

What types of boxes do you sell?
We stock gaylord boxes, shipping boxes, moving boxes, industrial boxes, custom boxes, food-grade boxes, and archive boxes. Over 500 sizes available plus custom manufacturing.
Do you sell new and used boxes?
Yes, we offer both new and quality used boxes. Used boxes are inspected and graded, offering 40-70% savings. Perfect for internal operations and budget-conscious needs.
What's the largest box you carry?
Our largest standard gaylord is 48x40x36. For industrial applications, we manufacture custom boxes up to 96x48x48 with triple-wall construction.
Can you make custom sizes?
Yes, we manufacture custom boxes in any size with 3-5 business day lead time. Custom printing also available. Minimum order is 100 boxes for custom sizes.

Yes, volume discounts start at 50 boxes with significant savings at 100+, 500+, and truckload quantities. Contact us for volume pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and offer net-30 terms for qualified business accounts.
Do you buy used boxes?
Yes, we purchase quality used gaylords and shipping boxes. We offer fair market pricing with free pickup for larger quantities.
Quality & Specifications
What's ECT rating?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) measures box strength. 32 ECT handles up to 65 lbs, 44 ECT up to 80 lbs, 48 ECT up to 95 lbs. We help you select the right strength.
What's the difference between single and double wall?
Single wall has one flute layer for items under 40 lbs. Double wall has two flute layers for 40-80 lb items or fragile goods. Triple wall is available for heavy industrial use.
Are your food boxes FDA approved?
Yes, our food-grade boxes use FDA-compliant materials, food-safe inks, and approved coatings. We provide certificates of compliance on request.
What makes a gaylord box different?
Gaylords are large bulk containers (typically 48x40x36) designed to fit standard pallets. They're used for bulk storage, shipping, and material collection in warehouses.
